This is a cat... and this is a rat.
Cats eat rats and rats run away from cats but that's just in the wild. In this scenario, people release feral cats to get a rat problem Under control but then obviously sooner or later they're going to have a feral cat problem.
This rat problem was placed in Chicago they release feral cats to stop the problem which is pretty much just another stupid idea. I would probably just use poison now feral cats are living in the streets of Chicago as well as rats that’s not good.
